Throughly rub gel into clean, dry skin twice daily, where fat loss effects are desired. Allow to dry for 2-3 minutes. Begin with 4 pumps and increase daily. Stop if side effects become apparent. Do not exceed 8 pumps at one time and 16 pumps in one day.Warnings:
